The terms that apply when you use Whapify.

The service

Whapify is a platform that connects WhatsApp numbers by scanning a QR code and provides a dashboard and a REST API for sending messages, running campaigns, setting up auto-reply, and tracking delivery status.

Accounts

  • You provide an accurate name, email, and WhatsApp number when you sign up.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password and API keys secret.
  • You tell us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Acceptable use

You may not:

  • Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages.
  • Use the service for anything that breaks Indonesian law or WhatsApp's terms.
  • Try to access another tenant's data or interfere with the service.

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

Plans and payment

  • Prices are shown in Rupiah.
  • Subscriptions do not renew automatically.
  • If a subscription is not renewed, the account drops to the Free plan and your data stays where it is.

Limits of liability

The service is provided as is, to the extent the law allows. We do not warrant that WhatsApp will not restrict or block your number, since that is outside our control.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms from time to time. The version that applies is the one shown on this page, with the update date above.
