What we collect
- Account name and email.
- The WhatsApp number you connect.
- Password, stored as a hash, never as plain text.
- Message content and metadata that passes through the service.
- Payment and billing records.
Why we collect it
To run your account, to send and receive messages on your behalf, to process payment, and to meet the legal obligations that apply to us.
Where it is stored and for how long
Data is stored on servers we operate for as long as your account is active. If the account is deleted, account and message data is deleted following the process under Your Rights below, except for records we must keep longer under payment or tax rules.
Who it is shared with
We share data only as needed with parties that perform a specific function for us: a payment processor to bill and record transactions, and a mail delivery provider to send verification codes and account notices. We do not sell your data.
Security
- Every tenant is separated at the data level.
- Credentials are stored as hashes, never as plain text.
- Third-party secrets, such as AI model API keys, are stored encrypted.
- All traffic runs over HTTPS.
Your rights
You have the right to see the data we hold about you, to ask for a correction if something is wrong, and to delete your account and its data.
